【想定される業務】
日本拠点の運営全般のマネジメントとして、以下業務を想定しています:
- 社内システムや、顧客サポートに使われるERP系ツールの活用、保守、整備
- ビジネスプロセスの策定
- グローバル標準に準拠したビジネスプロセスの標準化
- コスト・リソース計画管理
- KPI設定およびパフォーマンス管理
- メンバーの能力開発のための施策立案〜実施
- 成果や進捗などのグローバル本社への報告
- サービス導入チームなどとの連携および調整、必要に応じてAPACチームとの連携
[Expected Responsibilities]
Overall operational management of the Japan office:
- Utilization, maintenance, and management of the internal systems and ERP/CRM tools used to support customers
- Business process development
- Standardization of business processes in accordance with global standards
- Cost and resource planning and management
- KPI setting/ Performance management
- Planning and implementation of initiatives for member skill development
- Reporting to global headquarters
- Collaboration and coordination with service implementation teams, and the APAC team as needed

Experience in on-site operations, including equipment management, solution planning and proposal, service implementation and maintenance for data centers, hotels, facilities maintenance domains, etc., or if you have worked in those industries.

・オペレーション統括または管理のご経験をお持ちの方、または
・PM、フィールドサービス/ エンジニアリング領域でのマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・事業計画の策定経験をお持ちの方
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き含む)
- Experience in operations management or
- Management experience in Project Management, field service, or engineering domains
- Business plan formulation experience
- Business-level English AND Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading and writing)
有ると望ましい経験・知識
・チケット管理システムまたはツールに精通されている方、使用経験をお持ちの方
・サービスに対する品質保証設計および管理経験
・データセンター、ホテル、建設設備系ドメインでのITインフラ業務経験
・業務プロセス策定、改善経験
Nice-to-Have Experience and Knowledge
- Proficient knowledge or user experience of ticket management systems and tools
- Experience in creating and managing SLA and Quality Assurance/Control plans
- IT infrastructure related work experience domains such as data centers, hotels, and facility maintenance
- Business plans formulation and improvement experience
