ポジション概要
Flash Globalのグローバル物流ネットワークにおいて、業務プロジェクトの主導とネットワークパートナーのパフォーマンス管理を担う中堅ポジションです。ピープルマネジメントなし・直属の部下なし。正式な権限ではなく影響力でステークホルダーを動かすプロジェクトリーダーを求めています。プロジェクトマネジメント、品質・プロセス分析、または物流業務の経験者歓迎。
主な業務
- 業務改善・新サービス導入のクロスファンクショナルプロジェクトを計画〜実行まで主導。
- 戦略的ネットワークパートナーのKPI・SLA管理と改善推進。
- 業務データの分析と戦略的改善提言。
- パートナーマネージャー・IT・CS・コンプライアンス等と連携したエスカレーション対応。
- 研修プログラムの開発・実施とプロセス変更のドキュメント整備。
- クライシス発生時の対応指揮と緩和策策定。
- 計画会議・戦略セッションでのネットワークサポートチームの代表。
