■職務内容
生産管理・品質統括
・サンプル品に関する工場との調整
・生産進捗管理
・現地工場での品質／生産状況の確認
・自社および協力工場の品質基準の監査・標準化
■ミッション
・自社・協力工場の品質・納期の安定化および改善
■入社後の役割イメージ
【初年度】
・生産管理実務（主に北米向け製品）（約80%）
・品質基準の整備・標準化（約20%）
【2 年目以降】
・北米向けの生産管理マネジメント（適性に応じて）
【3～4 年後】
・海外拠点責任者（カンボジア子会社の拠点・等）
・新規工場／協力工場の立ち上げ支援

Required Skills
【必須要件】
・アパレル縫製業における生産管理または品質管理経験（3年以上）
・英語での業務コミュニケーションが可能
・3名程度以上のマネジメント経験
・現場起点で課題抽出～改善まで推進できる実行力
【歓迎要件】
・海外工場での勤務または駐在経験
・縫製工場での勤務経験（3年以上）
・生産管理全体の設計・改善経験
・PL 責任を伴う業務経験
【求める人物像】
・縫製に関するものづくり理解が深い方
・自ら課題を定義し、実行まで落とし込める方
・チームの業務設計・推進ができる方
・将来的に生産統括責任者として組織をリードできるポテンシャルを持つ方
・定量的な分析・判断ができる方
【その他条件】
・今後約4年間の海外（主にアジア圏）での異動・赴任が可能な方
