大規模ユーザー環境におけるITSM／ITAMツール運用およびITILプロセスに基づく運用改善を担うポジションです。
顧客と直接コミュニケーションを取りながら、安定運用と継続的なサービス向上を技術面からリードしていただきます。

職務内容
- ITSMツール（Symphony AI SUMMIT）およびITAMツール（Snow）の運用管理
- ITILに準拠した運用プロセスの実行・改善活動
- インシデント／サービスリクエスト／変更管理に関する日次運用
- 運用チーム内の課題管理、進捗管理、定型作業の実施
- 障害対応、問い合わせ対応、簡易なサーバ関連作業
- オフショアメンバーへの作業依頼、調整、課題管理
- インフラ運用／構築チームが実施する変更作業のレビュー対応
