Join a global consulting firm as a Deputy Lead of Insurance Consulting in Tokyo, driving business transformation initiatives across the insurance sector.

In this leadership role, you will partner with senior management to define strategy, lead large-scale transformation programs, and expand the firm's footprint in the Japanese insurance market. This is a high-impact opportunity to work with top-tier clients on digital transformation, operating model design, and core system modernisation.

• Partner with leadership to define and execute insurance consulting strategy in Japan
• Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence within the insurance sector
• Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across insurance clients
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation projects
• Provide expertise in insurance operations, digital transformation, and system implementation
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated, cross-border solutions

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 保険業界またはコンサルティングにおける実務経験 10年以上
• 日本の保険会社の大規模変革プログラムを複数手掛けた実績
• 日本の生命保険、または損害保険に関する深い業界知識（規制・市場動向含む）

• 国や文化を超えて協働できる、国際的なコラボレーション能力
• グローバルなデリバリーモデルやマトリックス組織においてプロジェクトを推進する実務能力

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：中級程度（ビジネスレベル歓迎）

• デジタルトランスフォーメーション、コアシステム刷新、業務改革の経験
• グローバルコンサルティングファームでの業務経験

• 10-12+ years of experience in insurance consulting or transformation roles
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs within Japanese insurance companies
• Strong knowledge of the Japanese insurance market (life and/or non-life), including regulatory frameworks and industry trends

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
• Ability to work effectively in global, cross-cultural environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• English: Business level (preferred)
• Japanese: Native level

• Experience in digital transformation, core systems, and operating model design
• Experience working in global consulting firms or matrix organisations
