In this leadership role, you will partner with senior management to define strategy, lead large-scale transformation programs, and expand the firm's footprint in the Japanese insurance market. - 国や文化を超えて協働できる、国際的なコラボレーション能力
- グローバルなデリバリーモデルやマトリックス組織においてプロジェクトを推進する実務能力
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル
- 英語：中級程度（ビジネスレベル歓迎）

- 10-12+ years of experience in insurance consulting or transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs within Japanese insurance companies

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-cultural environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English: Business level (preferred)
- Japanese: Native level
- Experience in digital transformation, core systems, and operating model design
- Experience working in global consulting firms or matrix organisations
