現在、オペレーションのシステム化に取り組んでいます。
カスタマーサポートやSVのご経験がある方は、経験を活かしつつ挑戦していただける環境です。

具体的な業務内容
・ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応（必要情報や希望のヒアリング、調整）
・事業者からの問い合わせ、予約対応
・顧客情報DBの管理、更新
・事業者との日程調整
・予約から入金までのオペレーション運用
・海外決済機能を使用した入出金管理
・通訳案内士/ディレクターの手配業務
・日々のオペレーションから業務課題を特定し改善提案
・通訳ガイドのアサイン業務、通訳ガイド新規獲得業務

- オペレーション改善や、マニュアル作成業務のご経験
