Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR team to deliver high-quality support
- Align HR strategy with hotel commercial objectives
- Oversee recruitment, including workforce planning and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Develop employee satisfaction initiatives and action plans
- Manage HR budgets and manpower allocation
- Contribute to hotel strategy and operational decision-making
- Drive employee engagement to enhance culture and retention
- Handle employee relations issues and labour disputes
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in Human Resources or Labour Relations
- Solid understanding of employment and labour legislation
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- HR experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
