A global automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to lead architecture design and transformation initiatives across its enterprise infrastructure landscape. The IT Infrastructure organization plays a mission-critical role in supporting production, finance, sales, and digital workplace environments while continuously modernizing core technology platforms.

This position focuses on enterprise-level infrastructure architecture, guiding the transition from the current “As-Is” environment toward the strategic “To-Be” state. The role requires close collaboration with transformation program leaders, project managers, product owners, and global infrastructure teams to ensure architectural consistency, minimize operational risk, and enable long-term scalability.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure architecture aligned with strategic transformation goals
- Maintain holistic visibility of current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) infrastructure landscapes
- Ensure architectural coherence, identify gaps, dependencies, and risks across projects
- Lead infrastructure migration and modernization initiatives, minimizing operational disruption
- Collaborate with program managers and technical leads to align architecture with transformation initiatives
- Mitigate risks impacting service stability, business continuity, and long-term infrastructure evolution
- Support development of architectural competencies, product ownership, and governance within IT teams
- Align infrastructure services and decisions with global IT strategies and ensure integration across systems
- Engage stakeholders globally, translating complex technical topics into business-relevant guidance and supporting compliance
- Oversee project scope, resources, budgets, risks, and prioritization, ensuring quality and transparent decision-making

- Professional experience in IT, with strong exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- Proven experience in infrastructure architecture, design, or transformation initiatives involving on-premise, cloud, and network domains
- Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure services, including datacenter, cloud, network, and digital workplace technologies
- Practical experience supporting or guiding infrastructure migration, implementation, or modernization programs
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, including incident, problem, and change management
