A global, world-leading Japanese commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking for a Lead Enterprise IAM Architect because the organization is undergoing a massive, large-scale IT infrastructure transformation to build a brand-new, independent, and secure identity foundation from scratch.

Responsibilities:

- Define the architecture and identity governance patterns for a brand-new enterprise IAM platform with complete freedom from vendor lock-in.

- Lead the technical separation, data migration, and cutover processes from legacy shared environments to the new standalone infrastructure.

- Partner closely with overseas technical teams and international stakeholders to integrate global best practices.

- Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to external system integrators and service providers.

- Establish sustainable operational processes, monitoring frameworks, and SLAs to ensure long-term platform stability.

業務詳細:
- ベンダーロックインのない、最新のエンタープライズ向け新規IAMプラットフォームのアーキテクチャおよびアイデンティティ・ガバナンスパターンの策定。

- 従来の共有環境から、完全に独立した新規インフラへの技術的切り離し、データ移行、およびシステム切り替え作業の主導。

- 海外のテクニカルチームやグローバルなステークホルダーと密に連携し、世界のベストプラクティスを自社モデルへ導入。

- 外部システムインテグレーター（SIer）やサービスプロバイダーに対する、技術的なディレクションおよびアーキテクチャ面でのガイダンスの提供。

Required Skills:

- Hold a minimum of 5 years of professional IT experience with strong exposure to IAM, infrastructure architecture, or security platforms.

- Demonstrate proven experience designing or implementing enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions within complex IT environments.

- Maintain a solid understanding of core IAM concepts including identity governance, authentication, and access control models.

- Possess hands-on experience with directory services or identity providers such as Azure AD, Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, or Ping Identity.

- Understand hybrid IT environments spanning on-premise, cloud, and network-integrated systems alongside basic IT Service Management principles.

- IT業界における5年以上の実務経験、およびIAM、インフラアーキテクチャ、またはセキュリティプラットフォームに関する深い知見。

- 複雑なIT環境における、エンタープライズ規模のインフラソリューションの設計または構築・導入の実績。

- アイデンティティ・ガバナンス、認証、アクセス制御モデルなど、IAMのコア概念に関する確かな理解。

- Azure AD、Entra ID、Active Directory、Okta、Ping Identityなどのディレクトリサービスやアイデンティティプロバイダー（IdP）に関するハンズオン経験。

- オンプレミス、クラウド、ネットワーク統合システムにまたがるハイブリッドIT環境の理解、およびITサービスマネジメント（ITSM）の基本原則に関する知識。
