■入社後すぐの業務
・最初の1週間は全社のオンボーディング研修などが中心になります。
・オンボーディング後は会社の理解を深めていただきながら、社内のネットワーク作り、課題の確認、発掘、施策の検討を行っていただきます。

■リモートワーク頻度
ほぼ毎日（週に１～2出社）、プログラムの担当者として出張あり

【必須条件】
■職務経験
組織開発、従業員エンゲージメント、MVV浸透に関する領域での実務経験（目安5年以上）
社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力
Excel／PowerPointでの資料作成スキル
人事システムを使用したデータ分析
ビジネス英語（TOEIC 730点以上が目安。点数以上に、英語でのメール対応や情報招集、会議対応に意欲的に取り組める方）
グローバル企業での業務に抵抗のない方
