仕事内容
商品コンセプト立案から上市まで、新商品開発（NPD）を一貫してリードする
海外サプライヤー、パッケージデザインチーム、社内の技術部門および購買部門と連携し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進する
新商品および既存商品のパッケージデザインを調整・管理し、ブランドおよび品質基準を維持する
市場動向を分析し、ビジネス機会を見極め、新商品アイデアを創出して実現につなげる
社内外の関係者や代理店と効果的にコミュニケーションを取り、プロジェクトを計画通りに進行させる
商品監査、ウェブサイト、サンプル管理、各種資料整理などの管理業務を正確に行う
必要に応じて、その他のマーケティング業務をサポートする
応募資格
ブランドマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント、プロダクトマネジメント、または新商品開発の経験（食品分野での経験があれば尚可）
エンドツーエンドでのプロジェクト管理やサプライヤーとの調整に携わった経験
日本食、料理、品質や本物志向に対する強い関心と情熱
日本企業のカルチャーに理解があり、丁寧で協調性があり、細部に注意を払える方
自立心があり、主体的で、整理整頓ができ、商業的な視点を持っている方
前向きで柔軟性があり、社内外の関係者やリモートのチームとも円滑に協働できる方
日本語スキルをお持ちの方は尚可
