Job Description
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle after-sales service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery
✅ Communicate with Japanese clients/suppliers regarding technical issues (call/email)
✅ Visit clients to check machine conditions and provide solutions
✅ Perform maintenance, parts replacement, and technical support
✅ Support service improvement and identify upselling opportunities
✅ Report to Manager and Sub-Manager
Requirements
✅ 3–10 years of experience in machinery maintenance / after-sales service
✅ Strong hands-on experience in machine tools or industrial machinery
✅ Japanese proficiency (minimum JLPT N3)
✅ Able to communicate technical issues clearly to Japanese clients
✅ Willing to work in Bekasi, West Java
