・中途採用・新卒採用に関するオペレーション業務全般
・採用進捗管理、面接調整、候補者対応
・エージェントおよび採用ベンダーとの連携
・求人票管理、採用媒体運用
・採用関連データ管理・レポート作成
・オンボーディングプロセスのサポート
・入社者および関係部門との各種調整
2. HRIS / Employee Lifecycle Management
・SAP SuccessFactors、カオナビ等の人事システム運用
・人事データ更新・メンテナンス・データチェック
・年次プロセス（評価・給与改定等）のデータ整備
・人員データ・組織情報等の定例レポート作成
・Excel等を用いたデータ集計・加工
・HRオペレーション改善および業務効率化サポート
・入社・退社・異動に関する各種人事手続き
・有期雇用契約管理および更新管理
・人事発令・組織変更対応
・社員データおよび人事関連書類管理
（変更の範囲）その他会社が定める業務
