【役割と責任】
このポジションは、社内外のさまざまなステークホルダーをリードし、対象案件の物流現場における当社ソリューションの「初期導入」を成功に導く、重要な役割と責任を担います。 
ご経歴を勘案して担当ソリューションを相談させていただくこととなりますが、プロジェクトの規模は数千万から数十億円規模までと幅広く、最新のロボティクステクノロジーに関わりながらチャレンジングなプロジェクトでご自身の市場価値を高めていただけます。 
初期導入を完遂するうえで、顧客からタイトな納期の中で追加要件を提示されることもあります。複雑な問題を整理して単純化し、原理原則に基づいて分析を行い、失敗を恐れず行動する能力が必要です。特に、顧客のニーズを尊重しつつ、個別対応とならないよう顧客と折衝し、社内チームの理解を得て適切な実現範囲に収束させる力が求められます。 

【このポジションで求められる主な業務】

• 提案のサポート： ロジスティクスコンサルタントやビジネスアナリストと連携し、顧客のニーズや業務課題を深く理解した上で、最適なソリューションの設計を支援します。小規模かつ標準的なプロジェクトにおいては、コンサルタントを伴わずに顧客エンゲージメントを含む提案フェーズ全体をリードしていただく場合もあります。 
• 導入リーダーシップ： シームレスな導入を実現するために、フィールドエンジニアと連携しながら、顧客、施工・ネットワーク事業者、その他のベンダー、社内の開発メンバーとの調整を行い、導入プロセス全体をUAT（ユーザー受入テスト）までリードします。 
• 導入後のハンドオーバー：本稼働後は、運用を担うメンバーへのスムーズな引き継ぎをリードします。プロジェクトの背景や設計意図、既知の課題の共有、関連ドキュメントの整備、当社サポート体制の確認を通じて、安定した運用を支援します。
• 全体プロジェクト改善：プロジェクトを俯瞰しながら、進捗や課題の見える化、やり方の標準化、運営の効率化・品質向上などを推進します。また、進行状況やリスクを把握し、必要に応じて各ステークホルダーとマネジメント層と連携して改善を提案。属人化を防ぎ、チーム全体のプロジェクト遂行力を高める役割も担っています。

【Role and Responsibilities】
This position carries significant responsibility for leading diverse internal and external stakeholders to successfully guide the “initial implementation” of our solutions at logistics sites for target projects.
The specific solution you will handle will be determined in consultation based on your background. Project scales range widely from tens of millions to billions of yen, offering challenging projects where you can engage with cutting-edge robotic technology and enhance your market value. 
To complete initial implementation, customers may present additional requirements within tight deadlines. You must be able to organize and simplify complex problems, analyze based on fundamental principles, and act without fear of failure. Crucially, you need the ability to negotiate with customers while respecting their needs, avoiding overly customized solutions, and gaining internal team buy-in to converge on an appropriate scope of implementation. 

【Key Responsibilities for this Position】

• Proposal Support: Collaborate with logistics consultants and business analysts to deeply understand customer needs and operational challenges, then support the design of optimal solutions. For smaller, standard projects, you may lead the entire proposal phase—including customer engagement—independently without consultants. 
• Implementation Leadership: Collaborate with field engineers to coordinate with customers, construction/network operators, other vendors, and internal development teams. Lead the entire implementation process through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless deployment. 
• Post-Implementation Handover: After go-live, you will lead the smooth transition to the operations team. You will support stable operations by sharing the project background, design intent, known issues, preparing relevant documentation, and confirming our support structure. 
• Overall Project Improvement:While maintaining a broad view of the entire project, I drive initiatives to visualize progress and issues, standardize processes, and enhance operational efficiency and quality.I also monitor project status and risks, collaborating with stakeholders and management as needed to propose improvements.Additionally, I play a key role in preventing work from becoming overly dependent on individuals and in strengthening the team’s overall project execution capabilities.

【Salary】
¥7,000,000 - ¥10,000,000

【必須要件】
下記のいずれか、または類似するご経験をお持ちの方、または素養と意欲のある方 

• IT・DX／物流業界のいずれかにおいて、 Project Managerとしてプロジェクトをキックオフからクロージングまで完遂したご経験もしくは要件定義から Go-live（本稼働）・ローンチまで一貫して担当したご経験 
• 物流業界において、 エンドユーザーを含むステークホルダーと折衝し、業務改善を企画・推進し、定着まで導いたご経験 
• 倉庫管理システム（WMS）や企業資源計画（ERP）などの大規模なソフトウェアシステムにおいて、システムエンジニアリング、コンサルティングをリードし、要件定義からリリースまでを完遂したご経験 
• 日本語流暢（N1以上）、優れた日本語でのコミュニケーション能力と日本のビジネス慣習の理解  
• 社内で英語を使うことに抵抗がないこと 
• 法人向けのプロジェクトマネジメントの経験がある。 

【歓迎条件】 

• プロジェクトマネジメントに関する資格（PMP、Scrum Masterなど）の保有  
• ロボット工学、制御工学、またはコンピュータサイエンスに関する基礎的な知識や応用スキル 
• ITツール活用経験  
• Excel/Google Sheets：タスク管理表・ガントチャート作成  
• PowerPoint/Google Slides：プロジェクト資料・マニュアル作成  
• Notion、Confluence、Wrike、Redmine、JIRA などのドキュメント・プロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験

【Required Qualifications】

• Candidates with experience in any of the following areas, or similar experience, or those with aptitude and motivation:
• Experience successfully completing projects from kickoff to closure as a Project Manager in either the IT/DX or logistics industry, or experience consistently managing projects from requirements definition through Go-live (production launch) or launch
• Experience in the logistics industry negotiating with stakeholders, including end-users, planning and driving operational improvements, and ensuring their successful implementation
• Experience leading system engineering and consulting for large-scale software systems (e.g., Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)), completing projects from requirements definition to release
• Fluent Japanese (N1 or higher), excellent Japanese communication skills, and understanding of Japanese business practices
• Comfortable using English within the company
• Experience in corporate project management

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master)
• Basic knowledge or applied skills in robotics, control engineering, or computer science
• Experience utilizing IT tools
• Excel/Google Sheets: Creating task management sheets and Gantt charts
• PowerPoint/Google Slides: Creating project materials and manuals
• Experience using documentation/project management tools such as Notion, Confluence, Wrike, Redmine, JIRA
