Job Description
- Perform sales forecasting and demand planning (short-term & long-term)
- Manage overall PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) control
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to support planning
- Use data tools (Excel, CRM, BI tools) to generate actionable insights
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure wholesale progress as per plan
- Allocate sales targets across regions, teams, and individuals
- Monitor performance vs plan and recommend corrective actions
