Company and Job Overview
JAC's client is a newly established factory based in Ho Nai, Dong Nai.
Job Responsibilities
Define, review, and monitor product and material composition provided by the business partner
Participate in the documentation process to answer requests from customs authorities
Ensure that everything is done in accordance with the rules and regulations
Support the business with all customs transactions, by collecting from suppliers Free Trade Agreements certificates to leverage free imports and exports
Ensure certificates are properly filled in line with customs regulations
Collect from suppliers technical data to properly fill in line with customs regulations
Develop meaningful KPIs, statistics, and dashboard to support strategic business decisions
Contribute innovative ideas for process improvement
Keep the system updated to allow capture benefits up-front at time of importation
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs or related topic
Knowledge of customs laws & regulations
Strong ability to build Power BI
Efficient skills in MS office
SAP knowledge
5 year of experience in customs operations
English communication
