JAC's client is a newly established factory based in Ho Nai, Dong Nai. 

Job Responsibilities

• Define, review, and monitor product and material composition provided by the business partner 

• Participate in the documentation process to answer requests from customs authorities

• Ensure that everything is done in accordance with the rules and regulations

• Support the business with all customs transactions, by collecting from suppliers Free Trade Agreements certificates to leverage free imports and exports 

• Ensure certificates are properly filled in line with customs regulations 

• Collect from suppliers technical data to properly fill in line with customs regulations 

• Develop meaningful KPIs, statistics, and dashboard to support strategic business decisions

• Contribute innovative ideas for process improvement

• Keep the system updated to allow capture benefits up-front at time of importation  

   

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs or related topic 

• Knowledge of customs laws & regulations 

• Strong ability to build Power BI 

• Efficient skills in MS office 

• SAP knowledge 

• 5 year of experience in customs operations 

• English communication
