海外進出支援を行うコンサルティング企業にて、Directorの募集です。
日系企業の海外進出および現地事業運営を長年支援してきた実績を持ち、会計・税務・法人設立・各種アドバイザリーサービスを通じて、経営課題の解決を総合的にサポートしていることが特長です。
現地法人トップとして、クライアント対応から組織運営まで幅広く携わり、経営に近い立場で事業をリードできる、非常に裁量と影響力の大きいポジションです。
- 会計・税務・給与計算を中心としたクライアント向けコンサルティング業務の統括
- 年次決算、法人税申告、税務調査対応、監査対応などの高度な専門業務
- 法人設立、各種許認可取得・更新、ビザ関連手続きなどの実務支援
- 日本語でのレポーティング・問い合わせ対応を含むクライアントリレーション管理
- 現地スタッフのマネジメント、評価、育成、労務管理
- 自社の財務状況分析および本社へのレポーティング、内部管理業務全般
- 経理・会計・税務分野での実務経験（目安：5年以上）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力を活かし、社内外と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 経営視点を持ち、現場実務だけでなく組織全体を俯瞰して判断できる方
- セルフスターターとして、課題設定から解決まで主体的に取り組める志向
- 多様な価値観や文化環境の中で柔軟に対応し、信頼関係を構築できる方
- 海外勤務経験やコンサルティングファームでの経験、関連資格をお持ちの方は歓迎
