COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading IT consulting company in Japan, supporting clients’ transformation of management, business, and IT. 

We are looking for a PMO that will support Senior Directors and other managers in delivering IT consulting services to Japanese mega banks and various financial institutions. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying client issues, developing proposals based on IT solutions, and related consulting activities.

• Manage project progress and issues, and prepare reports or other project deliverables based on the assigned role.

• Analyze business processes, develop business requirements, and produce related specifications according to the project role.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.

• Project management certifications, such as PMP, are preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience either managing and driving system implementation projects as a PMO, or in operations planning as a Business Analyst, is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability or willingness to engage with clients to identify issues, propose solutions, and persuade stakeholders.

• Strong documentation skills, particularly in preparing project management deliverables.

• Knowledge of, or analytical skills related to, client business domains.
