Key Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to support new store openings.
Develop, maintain, and enhance local distribution and logistics networks.
Manage and analyze store sales data to support strategic operational decisions.
Oversee cost control and optimization related to procurement and supply chain activities.
Work closely with internal teams to drive and support operational initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Supply Chain, or any related majors.
Experience in procurement and/or supply chain operations within Jakarta.
Preferably has a background in the F&B or retail industry.
Proficient in English, both verbally and on written form is mandatory.
Strong understanding of local business practices and culture.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, self-driven, and capable of identifying issues and implementing improvements.
Willing to be placed in Bali for the first 3-6 months for training purposes.
