Key Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to support new store openings.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance local distribution and logistics networks.

• Manage and analyze store sales data to support strategic operational decisions.

• Oversee cost control and optimization related to procurement and supply chain activities.

• Work closely with internal teams to drive and support operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Supply Chain, or any related majors.

• Experience in procurement and/or supply chain operations within Jakarta.

• Preferably has a background in the F&B or retail industry.

• Proficient in English, both verbally and on written form is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of local business practices and culture.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate among multiple stakeholders.

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of identifying issues and implementing improvements.

• Willing to be placed in Bali for the first 3-6 months for training purposes.
