Junior FP&A

We are currently recruiting a Junior FP&A professional to join a dynamic finance team within a company operating in the luxury automotive sector. Based in Minato Mirai, Yokohama, this position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to build or transition into a career in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, you will support key financial planning activities and help provide insights that support business decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who have an accounting background and are eager to develop analytical and financial planning skills in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Assist with cost control and financial monitoring

• Perform variance analysis and support management reporting

• Work closely with the FP&A Manager on financial analysis and planning activities

• Assist with other FP&A-related tasks and financial reporting as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (AP and/or AR experience acceptable)

• Strong willingness to learn and develop within FP&A

• Native-level Japanese language ability

• Basic English skills (mainly for email communication)

• Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills
