Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the finance department, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
• Supervise financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment planning, and risk assessment.
• Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 15-20 years in finance, with significant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
