グローバルに拠点を持つ同社では、日系企業の大型工場案件からローカル企業の都市開発案件まで、幅広い設備工事を担当。設備施工管理の専門性を活かしながら、海外でのキャリアパスを長期的に築きたい方に最適な環境です。
■職務内容- 海外建設プロジェクトにおける設備施工管理業務全般
- 設備工事に関する積算・見積作成
- 現場の安全管理およびサブコン管理
- （マネジメントレベル）設備設計・企画提案、プロジェクトマネジメント
- （マネジメントレベル）ローカルスタッフの統括・育成
- 海外でのキャリア形成に意欲があり、国を問わず勤務できる柔軟性
- 設備設計または設備施工管理の実務経験（施主側・施工側いずれも可）
- 中長期的に同一企業でキャリアを築く志向
- 英語力は不問
- 年収 500～1000万円前後（経験・能力により決定）＋各種手当
- 日本への一時帰国時の往復交通費支給（複数回）
- 一時帰国休暇、慶弔休暇、傷病休暇、健康診断（帯同家族も対象）
- 住宅貸与
- 海外旅行傷害保険
- お子様の教育補助
- 入社時および異動時の引越し・移動費用は全額会社負担
