Join a global automotive and clean energy leader as a Senior Recruiter, supporting the rapid growth of its Japan operations. In this high-impact role, you will act as a trusted talent advisor to the business, shaping hiring strategy and driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence market expansion and play a key role in building a world-class workforce in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

• Act as a strategic talent advisor to internal stakeholders on recruitment planning and execution
• Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using both traditional and modern channels
• Build and continuously improve candidate evaluation methodologies to ensure hiring quality
• Drive hiring activities aligned with business growth and workforce plans
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer and onboarding
• Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's employer brand in the Japanese market

必須条件経験・資格：

• 大卒以上
• 採用実務経験6年以上（大量採用・スケールフェーズの経験歓迎）
• 従来型およびモダンな採用チャネルの双方に精通していること

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 6+ years of professional recruitment experience, including high-volume hiring
• Strong expertise across a wide range of sourcing channels and recruitment tools

• Highly motivated and ambitious mindset with strong ownership
• Ability to influence and advise stakeholders at multiple levels
• Growth-oriented, competitive drive suited to fast-paced environments

• Japanese: Native level (written and spoken)
• English: Intermediate to Business level
