食品原料の製造・開発を手がける企業にて、工場長ポジションの募集です。
同社はアジアを中心に生産拠点を拡大しており、技術指導・品質管理の強化を通じて、海外市場向けの商品開発を加速させています。
新たな生産拠点での本格稼働を予定しており、現地での製造基盤づくりを主導するキーパーソンとして活躍できる、非常にエキサイティングなフェーズです。
- 製造現場における品質管理体制の構築および強化
- 5Sを中心とした日本式生産管理手法の導入・定着
- 現地スタッフへの技術指導および育成
- 生産設備の運用に関する改善提案・運営サポート
- 現地工場の製造基盤づくりに向けた各種マネジメント業務
- インドネシア語での業務遂行が可能な方
- 製造現場での品質管理または生産管理の経験をお持ちの方
- 技術指導や現場改善に主体的に取り組める方
- 海外拠点でのチーム運営に興味を持ち、柔軟に対応できる方
- 給与：IDR 40,000,000 ～ 60,000,000（手取り・経験に応じて応相談）
- 賞与（THR）：1か月分
- ビザ会社負担
- BPJS（傷病保険／民間保険）加入
- 住宅手当支給
- 社用車・ドライバー支給
