POSITION SUMMARY

A global financial organization is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Cash Management Specialist. This is a hybrid role to commute to NYC office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support customer onboarding and deliver training on online cash management channels

  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues and respond promptly to inquiries

  • Maintain inquiry logs and manage documentation for ongoing servicing

  • Communicate customer issues to internal teams and collaborate on resolutions

  • Participate in product development testing and distribute scheduled reports

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and support adhoc duties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Min 3 years of experience in financial services

  • Knowledge of cash management channels

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

  • Ability to manage multi‑step processes in a fast‑paced environment

  • Business‑level English; Japanese preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
