A global automotive manufacturer is seeking an experienced EUC Specialist (Digital Workplace) to drive large-scale modernization and optimization initiatives across its enterprise end-user computing environment. This position focuses on the strategic modernization and optimization of the company’s digital workplace platforms, including PC clients, virtual desktop environments, and Microsoft 365 services used by more than 10,000 users. The role combines architecture design, transformation leadership, global coordination, and product ownership responsibilities. You will work closely with global infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless migrations, strong user experience, and long-term operational stability..
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive enterprise digital workplace modernization strategies (PC lifecycle, VDI, Microsoft 365)
- Design scalable, user-centric workplace architectures aligned with global standards
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and translate them into high-value services
- Lead working groups to implement workplace transformation initiatives
- Manage large-scale workplace migrations, environment refreshes, and mass rollouts
- Coordinate with global infrastructure teams to ensure alignment of technical direction and implementation
- Develop change management and communication strategies for smooth user transitions
- Act as product owner for digital workplace services, maintaining user experience and service quality
- Establish ITSM-based operational models and manage vendors/service partners for performance and stability
- Collaborate with business, application, and infrastructure teams to align workplace capabilities with operational needs
- Support governance, compliance, and service quality while fostering an innovative, user-focused environment
