【業務内容】
■The Role:

This role is responsible for ensuring that all Japan Plants maintain full compliance with applicable regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.
The Senior Manager will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of our EHS systems, programs, and culture across all Japan sites (Yonezawa, Tokyo, and Geino).
This individual will serve as a member of both the Japan Leadership Team and Site Management Team, collaborating closely with leaders throughout Japan.
This position will play a critical role within the Entegris Asia EHS Team by shaping and influencing the overall EHS strategy and direction in the region.
The primary location for this role is Tokyo; however, relocation to Geino or Yonezawa may be considered. Regular monthly visits to all three sites in Japan are required.
The successful candidate will lead a team of four staff members distributed across the three Japanese sites.
