Our Company is a leading startup with a mission to "unleash the potential of manufacturing" through an AI-powered data platform. We are seeking a Senior Engineer for our Incubation Team to lead the development of new applications and global products.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of the "technical core" for new global applications.
Reduce uncertainty by breaking down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
Own the delivery flow and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve team metrics.
Establish documentation standards (ADRs, RFCs) and lead knowledge-sharing.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for PdMs and Designers.

Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong experience with Docker-native infrastructure.
Backend development with statically typed languages (e.g., Rust, TypeScript).
Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Full-stack capabilities (ideally with React.js).
