Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and acquire customers in targeted industries (automotive, steel, rubber & tire, etc.)
- Provide technical pre- and post‑sales support, including reading technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to support customers.
- Prepare professional reports, documentation, and presentations (Excel/Email).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales (trading/import‑export) or technical role in manufacturing.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Basic industry knowledge (automotive, steel, rubber & tire, etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand technical product documentation.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Possess SIM A and willing to travel domestically/overseas.
