施主側の立場で現場をリードし、品質・工程・コストを最適化しながら、プロジェクトの成功に直結する意思決定を担います。多様なステークホルダーと連携し、現場起点で物づくりの価値を最大化できる、ダイナミックでやりがいの大きいポジションです。
投資案件のコンストラクションマネジメント（品質・工程・コスト・安全の統合管理）
設計・施工各社との調整、課題抽出と解決策の立案・実行
現場での進捗確認、仕様・図書・変更点の整合およびリスク管理
予算管理、出来高確認、支払い関連の根拠整理
関係各所への報告・合意形成のファシリテーション（会議運営・議事管理含む）
建設分野での実務に関する基礎知識、または現場対応の実務経験
品質・工程・コストを俯瞰し、複数関係者と合意形成を進めるコミュニケーション力
課題を構造的に捉え、現場で実行可能な解決策に落とし込む推進力
給与：IDR 80,000,000～
車両：社用車・ドライバー貸与
