樹脂コンパウンドの製造を手がける企業にて、機械・設備エンジニアの募集です。
自動車向けを中心とした製品を扱い、安定した需要と堅実な成長基盤を持つ製造メーカーです。生産体制の強化と品質維持を重要視しており、技術面から工場運営を牽引したい方にとって、大きな裁量と成長機会を得られる環境です。

職務内容製造設備・機械の点検、保全、トラブルシューティング
生産効率向上に向けた改善提案および実行
インドネシア人スタッフへの技術指導・育成
安全・品質基準に沿ったオペレーション管理
予防保全計画の立案および運用
応募要件製造設備または機械関連の実務経験を有する方
生産現場でのメンテナンスや改善業務に取り組める方
多国籍メンバーと協働し、現地スタッフの教育に前向きな方
語学不問。コミュニケーションを取りながら業務を遂行できる方
福利厚生給与：IDR 30,000,000 ～ 60,000,000 (経験により幅広く検討可能）
