Job Description
国際物流サービスを展開する企業にて、フォワーディングオペレーション／カスタマーサポート（営業補助）の募集です。
同社は航空・海上輸送、通関、配送手配まで幅広い物流サービスを提供し、製造業を含む多様な顧客の海外取引を支えています。
海外とのやり取りやオペレーション管理を通じて、グローバル物流の最前線で経験を積めるエキサイティングな環境です。
ローカルチームと連携しながら国際輸送の実務に深く関われるため、物流・貿易のプロフェッショナルを目指せるポジションです。
職務内容
- 航空・海上輸出入に関する顧客窓口対応
- 見積作成、問い合わせ対応、顧客フォローアップ
- 通関や配送の手配、輸送進捗の管理
- 社内オペレーションチーム（ローカルスタッフ）との調整
- 入出荷書類の確認および関連データの入力
- 日本側取引先とのメール・電話でのコミュニケーション
- 物流業務に付随するサポート全般
応募要件
- 英語での日常会話が可能な方
- インドネシア語ができれば歓迎
- 貿易・フォワーダー・輸出入いずれかの実務経験
- 通関に関する知識または実務経験
- 長期的にインドネシアで勤務する意欲がある方
