• 日本ビジネス全体のタレントアクイジション戦略の策定・実行
• 採用プロセス全体の統括（全部署・全職種）
• 経営層およびHRパートナーとの連携；事業戦略に沿った採用計画の推進
• 採用市場動向の分析やインサイト収集
• 各部署の採用担当マネージャーへの助言

A globally recognized entertainment and media organization is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve its talent acquisition strategy in Japan. This role is critical to supporting business transformation and long-term growth by attracting diverse, high-impact talent. You will partner closely with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business objectives while building a strong employer brand in a highly competitive market.

• Lead and execute the overall talent acquisition strategy for the Japan business
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all functions, ensuring quality, speed, and efficiency
• Partner with senior leadership and HR to align workforce planning with business strategy
• Provide market insights and strategic talent advisory support to hiring managers
• Drive employer branding, candidate experience, and DE&I hiring initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and share best practices

必須条件経験・資格：

• 採用・タレントアクイジション分野での実務経験10年以上（インハウス、人材紹介会社いずれでも可）
• 日本の採用市場、労働関連法規、採用トレンドに関する専門知識
• 事業戦略と連動した採用戦略の立案・実行経験
• 人員計画の策定や採用の意思決定について、経営陣や上級管理職と緊密に連携した経験
• 多国籍・マトリクス型組織での業務経験

• 優れたビジネス感覚、戦略的思考力
• ステークホルダーマネジメント、経営層に対する影響力
• チームを育て、成果を引き出せるリーダーシップ

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leadership of in-house or agency teams
• Strong knowledge of the Japan recruitment market, employment regulations, and hiring trends
• Proven experience designing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders on workforce planning and hiring decisions
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, or multinational organizations

• Strategic mindset with strong business and commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Clear and confident communication style with strong relationship-building ability
