POSITION SUMMARY
A great opportunity for an experienced inventory professional to play a key role in maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency within a dynamic warehouse environment. This role oversees inventory integrity, cycle counting, expiration tracking, and coordination of incoming and outgoing products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all inventory control activities, including RMA processes and adherence to FIFO/FEFO rotation standards.
Perform regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Lead expiration‑date counting, reconciliation, and reporting processes in line with internal guidelines.
Ensure all inventory transactions and adjustments are accurately updated in the warehouse management system.
Support verification of inbound and outbound shipments and provide assistance to other warehouse departments.
Train and guide team members in inventory control tasks under managerial direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED
1–2 years of inventory control experience
Training and/or certification for forklift and electric pallet jack
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based systems
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
SALARY USD 22.80-26.70
