Join a major Japanese IT company as a Senior Project Manager within the Competitor Intelligence team. In this strategic role, you will leverage master data, external datasets, and AI-driven insights to provide valuable intelligence to internal stakeholders. Your work will directly support data-driven decision-making across the organization, accelerating business growth and enhancing competitive advantage.

• Organize business requirements and define clear functional and non-functional specifications for data and analytics solutions.
• Strategically collect and analyze competitive intelligence to strengthen market positioning.
• Support business units with data insights, tools, and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning.
• Utilize AI and catalog data to build innovative knowledge bases and insight frameworks that contribute to business expansion.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• プロダクトマネジメント、マーケティング、コンサルティングなど関連分野での実務経験3年以上
• 競合分析ができる分析力、またはデータ分析を通じて課題解決に取り組んだ経験

• クライアントニーズを理解し、効果的にプロジェクトを進めるコラボレーション能力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（日英）

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 関連分野の学士号（ビジネス・経営学、マーケティング、コンピュータサイエンス・情報科学、工学等）
• Eコマース業界でのプロダクト設計〜開発〜改善プロセスの実務経験
• アジャイル開発やプロセス管理の知識・経験

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis and data-driven problem-solving.

• Ability to understand client needs and effectively manage cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing product design, development, release, and improvement processes, ideally in e-commerce.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and hands-on experience in project or process management.
