PR/087149 | Inventory Controller

POSITION SUMMARY
A great opportunity for an experienced inventory professional to play a key role in maintaining accuracy and operational efficiency within a dynamic warehouse environment. This role oversees inventory integrity, cycle counting, expiration tracking, and coordination of incoming and outgoing products.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Manage all inventory control activities, including RMA processes and adherence to FIFO/FEFO rotation standards.

• Perform regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

• Lead expiration‑date counting, reconciliation, and reporting processes in line with internal guidelines.

• Ensure all inventory transactions and adjustments are accurately updated in the warehouse management system.

• Support verification of inbound and outbound shipments and provide assistance to other warehouse departments.

• Train and guide team members in inventory control tasks under managerial direction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED

• 1–2 years of inventory control experience

• Training and/or certification for forklift and electric pallet jack

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and web‑based systems

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams

• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments

SALARY 　USD 22.80-26.70
