Job Description
インドネシアに拠点を持つ商社系企業にて、拠点長候補（現地責任者ポジション）の募集です。
同社は電子部品の販売を中心に、日系製造業を主要顧客とする営業活動を行っています。また生活雑貨のオンライン販売など新規領域にも取り組むなど、多角的に事業を展開している点が特徴です。
少数精鋭の組織のため裁量が大きく、将来的には現地責任者として組織運営に関わるチャンスも十分にあります。成長環境でキャリアの幅を広げたい方にとって魅力的なポジションです。
- インドネシア拠点の管理・運営業務全般
- 日系企業およびローカル企業への新規営業
- 既存顧客のフォローアップ、サプライヤー対応
- 現地スタッフのマネジメント（指示・育成）
- 総務領域を含む幅広いバックオフィス対応
- その他、拠点運営に付随する業務全般
- 営業経験を有する方（新規開拓または既存深耕いずれかの経験）
- 語学不問（通訳サポートあり）
- 明るく前向きで、コミュニケーションが円滑に取れる方
- チーム運営や幅広い業務に柔軟に対応できる方
- 継続的に勤務でき、安定したキャリア形成を希望する方
- 東南アジアでの勤務経験がない方も歓迎
- 基本給：IDR 25,000,000〜35,000,000（手取り、経験に応じて決定）
- THR（宗教手当）1ヶ月分
- 交通手当支給
- 会社負担のアパート提供または住宅手当
- 公的医療保険（BPJS）加入
- 健康診断の実施
- 現地採用・契約更新制
- 平日勤務（月〜金）
