シニアリクルーターとして新卒採用をリード頂きます。具体的には、採用戦略の企画から実行、採用プロセス全体の改善まで幅広く担っていただきます。
・ 新卒採用の戦略立案・要件定義
・ 採用要件調整と設計
・ 各部門マネージャーとの採用要件調整と設計
・ 採用イベントの立案・企画・実行
・ 学校訪問（高専・高校、今後は大学にも範囲を広げて実施予定）
・ 海外の採用部門との連携（英語使用）
・ 採用ブランディング・候補者体験の改善
・ ジュニアメンバーへの知識共有、育成サポート、他
※学校訪問等でほぼ毎月、国内出張・外勤が発生いたします。
