日系グローバルIT企業のカタログマネジメント部門にて、マスターデータおよびデータソリューションを横断的に管理・推進するポジションです。

新たに立ち上がる社内向けデータアノテーションサービスのプロジェクト／プロダクトマネジメントを担当し、ビジネス部門・開発チーム・オペレーションチームをつなぐ中核的な役割を担っていただきます。

• データサービスに関するプロダクト分析、課題抽出、仮説立案
• エンジニアおよびビジネス部門と連携した要件整理・優先順位付け・合意形成
• プロジェクトのスコープ・目標設定および進行管理
• スケジュール、進捗、レポーティング、ステークホルダー調整の実施
• データアノテーション業務（データ作成・管理）の進捗管理
• オペレーションフローにおける課題管理および改善対応
• データオペレーターのリソース管理および実行体制の構築

This Haken Data Consultant position sits within the Catalog Management Department of a leading global IT group. The team is responsible for managing master data and data solutions across the entire organisation, creating business value through large-scale data development. In this role, you will lead the project and product management of a newly launched internal Data Annotation service, acting as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and development and operations teams.

• Conduct product analysis, identify issues, and develop hypotheses to improve data services.
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritise tasks, and build alignment.
• Define project scope, objectives, and delivery goals.
• Manage schedules, progress tracking, reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee internal data annotation operations, including data creation and management workflows.
• Manage issue resolution within operational processes to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate resources and execution frameworks for data operators and internal teams.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• PMO、プロジェクトマネージャー、プロダクトマネージャーとしての実務経験3年以上
• プロジェクト計画、スケジューリング、実行に関する実践的なマネジメント経験
• ビジネス要件をシステム要件・プロダクト仕様へ落とし込んだ経験
• データ作成・運用フローの管理、オペレーターとの連携経験

• ビジネス要件と技術要件をつなぐ理解力、調整力
• 課題の本質を捉え、関係者と連携して解決に導く論理的思考力
• グローバル・クロスファンクショナル環境でのステークホルダーマネジメント力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（英語でプロジェクトをドライブできるレベル）

• Confluence、JIRAなどのプロジェクト管理ツール使用経験
• SQLまたはPythonを用いたデータ分析・調査スキル
• データアノテーション関連プロジェクトの推進経験

• 新規データアノテーションサービスの立ち上げに中核メンバーとして参画

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a PMO, Project Manager, or Product Manager.
• Proven project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Strong product management experience translating business requirements into system or product specifications.
• Experience managing data creation or data operation workflows and coordinating with operators.

• Strong ability to bridge business and technology, translating requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Logical, structured problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and global environments.

• Japanese: Fluent level.
• English: Intermediate to Business level.

• Experience using project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Data analysis skills using SQL or Python.
• Hands-on experience leading Data Annotation projects.

• Play a core role in launching and shaping a new internal Data Annotation service.
• Directly contribute to the company's data strategy and master data quality across the group.
