職務内容- 新規顧客の獲得および情報の管理
- 月次の入会者数・売上レポートの作成と分析
- 顧客対応（電話・メール・SNSなど）および相談サポート
- 人事関連業務（採用・シフト管理など）
- 拠点運営に関する全般的なマネジメント
- 社内研修やサービス改善の企画・実施
- 教育サービスや顧客対応に関心があり、責任感を持って業務を遂行できる方
- 基本的なPCスキル（データ入力・レポート作成など）
- コミュニケーション能力が高く、チームをまとめるリーダーシップを発揮できる方
- 柔軟な対応力と問題解決力を備えている方
- 基本給：35,000,000～45,000,000 IDR（Gross）
- 昇給：年1回
- 年1回の帰国手当 ※勤続12か月後
THR（年1回／基本給1か月分）
BPJSおよび海外医療保険加入
- 有給休暇：年間12日
