Job Description
Company Overview
Our client is a leading Manufacturing company headquartered in Canada, seeking an experienced professional IT Operation Admin, working at Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.
- Design, install, and configure servers and infrastructure solutions following industry best practices.
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, SAN storage, backups, patches, and system documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Support technical issues for project teams, operations, development teams, and users, including off‑hours support when needed.
- Act as a senior team member by leading technical initiatives and mentoring system administrators.
- Experience with server virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), Linux/UNIX, and Windows infrastructure (AD/LDAP, Group Policy).
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), troubleshooting, SCCM, and enterprise backup/monitoring tools (e.g., Commvault, Dynatrace).
- Understanding of public cloud infrastructure and familiarity with ITSM/ITIL frameworks (ServiceNow is a plus).
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English, with ability to manage small projects in fast‑paced environments.
