航空券、ホテル、現地ツアーに関するお問い合わせ対応をはじめ、予約の変更・キャンセル・確認や、アプリの使い方などのサポート業務を担当していただきます。
【お仕事内容】
-メールや電話でのカスタマーサポート
-ホテル予約に関する変更や取り消し、問合せ対応
-航空券や現地ツアーに関する問い合わせ対応
-アプリの使い方や操作方法のサポート
-お客様からのクレームやトラブルへの対応
-業務報告や記録の作成
給与：経験、選考結果により決定
※日本円での年収目安（約35万円～）

- 日本からマレーシアの片道航空券支給（会社負担）
