Job Description
【仕事内容】
オフショア開発のPM
・日本側との調整・報告・折衝業務、現地エンジニアへの案件落とし込み、エンジニアのマネジメント業務全般。
・プロジェクト進捗管理
・課題発生時の対処（課題整理・打ち手検討・解決推進）
・エンドユーザーとの打ち合わせ（要件定義、基本設計フェーズ）
入社後、現地就労の手続きや研修を日本で行った後、ベトナム勤務となります。
【待遇】
年俸制 800～1000万円（額面）※経験能力により決定
昇給査定 年1回

スキル：推進力、チームマネジメント力、コミュニケーション力、受け身ではなく自ら考え行動できる方
【歓迎】
オフショア開発経験、海外勤務（特に東南アジア等）経験、英語力
