職務概要
法人営業部門の戦略に沿って、サステナビリティ関連事業を推進・調整するポジションです。社内の関連チームと連携し、ESGリスクのモニタリングや新規事業開発を担当します。部門横断的な協働を通じて、持続可能な取り組みを業務に統合し、規制遵守を確保しながら、主要なパフォーマンス指標を監視する役割を担います。
主な業務内容
- サステナビリティ関連情報の収集・分析・報告、経営層への共有
- 市場調査・業界動向分析を通じた新規事業機会の特定と戦略策定
- 顧客・パートナーとの強固な関係構築、社内調整業務
- 顧客訪問やイベント参加によるサステナビリティ事業の推進
- クレジットポートフォリオのサステナビリティリスク管理フレームワークの設計・実装支援
- インパクト投資や関連事業の推進サポート
- 部門長からの依頼業務対応
応募資格
- 金融業界での5年以上の経験（シンジケーション・ディストリビューションを含む）
- 統計分析に強い適性
- MS PowerPoint・Excelを中心とした優れたPCスキル
- 日本語での高度なコミュニケーション能力（社内連携に必須）
- Aレベル資格が望ましい
