• 市場インサイト、顧客ニーズ、競合分析に基づくマーケティング計画の策定
• グローバルチームと連携した新製品導入（NPI）の企画・実行

• 複数チャネルを組み合わせた統合コミュニケーション施策の設計・運用
• コマーシャルチーム向けのトレーニング資料／支援ツールの準備

Join a global medical technology leader as a Product Manager, supporting the successful introduction and growth of international medical devices in the Japanese market. You will lead strategic product planning, collaborate across global and local teams, and execute data-driven marketing initiatives that strengthen product positioning and market penetration. This role offers high visibility, global exposure, and the opportunity to influence how life-changing technologies reach patients and healthcare professionals in Japan.

• Shape marketing plans using market insights, customer feedback, and competitive trends
• Lead planning and execution of new product launches in collaboration with global counterparts
• Develop compelling content that communicates product strengths and user benefits
• Design and implement integrated communication activities across multiple channels
• Prepare training resources and support materials for commercial teams
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure aligned execution
• Identify opportunities to enhance product positioning and expand market share

必須条件 経験・資格：

• プロダクトマーケティング、またはプロダクトコミュニケーションの経験（類似経験も応相談）
• デジタルマーケティングの計画・実行経験
• 医療機器や製薬業界の製品や規制、慣行に関する一般的な知識

• 最低限の指示で主体的に業務を進める積極性、実務能力
• 多様なステークホルダーと協働・交渉できるコミュニケーション力・対人スキル
• 複数の案件を同時に進めるタスク管理能力
• 上司の補佐がなくても計画立案・改善サイクルを回せる戦略的思考力

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（ディスカッションや定例オンライン会議あり）

• 英語が流暢なら尚可

• Experience in product marketing or product communication roles (preferred)
• Hands-on exposure to digital marketing planning and execution
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work proactively and drive projects independently
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to coordinate diverse stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with ownership over planning and improvement cycles

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Capable of handling business discussions, including online meetings

• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing
• Exposure to global product launch processes or cross-border communication
