外資系企業の“顔”として来訪者を迎え、オフィス全体の円滑な運営を支えるポジションです。
日々の受付対応だけでなく、セキュリティや各部署との連携など、信頼が求められる業務をお任せします。
【主な業務内容】
■ 受付・来客対応
：来訪者の受付、入館対応、担当者への取次ぎ
：来客時のご案内・お見送り
：来訪者用IDカード／セキュリティカードの管理
：資料・名刺等の預かり物管理および社内連携
■ 代表電話対応
：社員・製品に関する問い合わせの一次対応
：各部署への適切な取次ぎ・折り返し対応
：営業電話等への判断・対応
■ オフィス運営サポート
：オフィスのオープン・クローズ対応
：会議室・ラウンジの環境維持、備品チェック
：会議室利用状況の確認・サポート
■ セキュリティ・庶務業務
：IDカード・ネームカードの発行、管理
：入退室ログ・カードデータの入力（監査・IT部門対応）
：セキュリティエリア変更や設備トラブル時の対応補助
