Product Mastery: Develop and maintain deep technical and clinical expertise on the assigned medical equipment, including features, specifications, clinical applications, and competitive positioning.
Sales Enablement: Conduct regular, high-impact product training for the sales team, service technicians, and distribution partners to ensure a unified and knowledgeable commercial approach.
Clinical Support: Provide technical and application support during customer demonstrations, trials, and installations, acting as the primary product resource for clinical staff (e.g., doctors, nurses, technicians).
Content Development: Create and update high-quality educational materials, user manuals, clinical brochures, and presentations to support both sales and post-sales activities.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and gather installed base statistics to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback on product performance, usability, and unmet clinical needs, translating these insights into actionable recommendations for the Product Manager and R&D/Engineering teams.
Regulatory Documentation: Assist in organizing and maintaining critical product documentation, including compliance certificates, regulatory approvals, and registration details to ensure market readiness.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to define sales targets, develop promotional strategies, and participate in forecasting and inventory planning to minimize stockouts or oversupply.
Launch Support: Support the successful execution of new product launches by coordinating promotional materials, training schedules, and initial market communications.
Events and Exhibitions: Represent the company and product line at industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions, conducting product demonstrations and engaging with key opinion leaders.
Sales Support: Prepare and deliver persuasive, tailored product presentations to potential clients, focusing on the clinical and economic value proposition of the equipment.
